Sangbin Rhie is a Korea-based composer currently studying Computer Music Theory in Korea National University of Arts located in Seoul. He has a new piece titled "Stuffed Dreams of Ludwig," premiering in Tampa Bay by Contemporary Art Music Project on Friday, March 17 at The Factory in St. Petersburg.
